An Act To Amend Section 41-3-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Department Of Health To Issue A License To Millcreek Of Columbia, Inc., For The Construction And Operation Of An Icf-mr Facility On Any Portion Of The Columbia Training School Property That Is Leased Or Transferred By The Department Of Human Services To Millcreek; To Require The Licensee To Pay An Application Fee And A Monthly Fee After The Issuance Of The License; And For Related Purposes.
