Summary

An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, And To Create New Sections 41-7-191.1, 41-7-191.2, 41-7-191.3, 41-7-191.4, 41-7-191.5, 41-7-191.6 And 41-7-191.7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Organize The Various Provisions Of The Health Care Certificate Of Need Law Into Separate Code Sections; To Exempt From The Requirement For The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Need The New Construction, Conversion Or Expansion Of An Intermediate Care Facility For The Mentally Retarded On Any Portion Of The Columbia Training School Property That Is Leased Or Transferred By The Department Of Human Services To Millcreek Of Columbia, Inc.; To Amend Section 41-7-173, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
