Summary
An Act To Provide That A Nonviolent Offender Who Is Under The Jurisdiction Of The Department Of Corrections Shall Have His Or Her Sentence Reduced By A Certain Percentage If Such Person Passes Subjects Of The Mississippi End-of-course Subject Area Testing Program; To Amend Section 47-5-138, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
