Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-17-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Mississippi Motor Vehicle Commission To Make Available A Used Motor Vehicle Dealer License Distinction That Allows For A Reduced Liability Coverage Amount As Determined By The Commission For Any Person Whose Only Activity As A Motor Vehicle Dealer Is With Five Or Less Motor Vehicles Purchased From An Auto Auction Per Calendar Year; And For Related Purposes.
