An Act To Amend Section 19-5-195, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Board Of Commissioners Of A Water, Sewer, Garbage Disposal Or Fire Protection District To Receive Approval From The Board Of Supervisors Before An Increase In Rates, Fees, Tolls Or Charges Is Allowed For Services Provided By A District; And For Related Purposes.
