An Act To Amend Section 37-151-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Reduce The Amount Of The Increase To The Base Student Cost For Each Fiscal Year Between Recalculation Of The Base Student Cost From Forty Percent To Twenty Percent Of The Immediate Previous Fiscal Year's Calculated Amount; And For Related Purposes.
