Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-15-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State And School Employees' Health Insurance Management Board To Impose A Premium Differential To Participants In The Health Insurance Plan Based On Behavioral Risk Factors; To Provide That The Amount Of Any Premium Differential Shall Not Be Paid By The State For Any Active Employee, But Shall Be Paid By The Participant; And For Related Purposes.
