Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-21-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Base Salaries Of Assistant Teachers By The Amount Of Five Hundred Dollars Beginning With The 2015-2016 School Year, To A Total Of Thirteen Thousand Dollars For The Initial Year And Each Year Thereafter, In Addition To One Percent Increase To The Base Salary Established For Assistant Teachers For Each One Percent That The Sine Die General Fund Revenue Estimate Growth Exceeds Five Percent; And For Related Purposes.
