Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-9-18, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That Financial Advisors Appointed By The State Superintendent Of Public Education To Manage Selected School Districts' Expenditures Shall Be Deemed An Independent Contractor Employed Through Contractual Obligation To Serve As An Agent Of The State Board Of Education; And For Related Purposes.
