An Act To Amend Sections 27-39-203 And 27-39-205, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Form And Content Of The Notice Required To Be Given In A Newspaper Publication For The Local Taxing Entities' Annual Proposed Budget And Ad Valorem Tax Effort; To Amend Section 27-39-201, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; To Bring Forward Section 27-39-207, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Prescribes The Procedure And Notice Requirements To Be Provided By School Boards Regarding Its Annual Proposed Ad Valorem Tax Assessments, For Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
