Summary

An Act To Provide That When A Court Holds A Felony Preliminary Hearing, The Court Shall Provide A Court Reporter For The Hearing And Such Court Reporter Shall Be Paid For By The Court; To Provide That The Court Reporter Shall Make A Full And Complete Transcript Of The Proceedings; To Amend Section 21-23-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
