Summary
An Act Entering The State Of Mississippi Into The Compact For Education; To Set Out The Agreement Of The Contracting States And The Purpose Of The Compact; To Provide For The Membership Of The Education Commission Of The States And Prescribe The Power And Duties Pertaining Thereto; To Establish The Committees Of The Commission And Providing For The Funding Of The Commission; To Require The Commission Shall File A Copy Of Its Bylaws And Any Amendments Thereto With The Secretary Of State; To Establish The Mississippi Education Council; And For Related Purposes.
