Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-13-134, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Clarify That The 2014-2015 9th Grade Cohort And Every Subsequent 9th Grade Cohort Shall Be Required To Have Instruction On The Proper Administration Of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (cpr) And Use Of An Automated External Defibrillator (aed) As An Instructional Component Of The Physical Education Curriculum For Grades 9-12; And For Related Purposes.
