Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 63-1-71 And 63-11-30, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Requirement That Certain Assessments Be Deposited Into Special Funds In The General Fund; To Amend Section 41-59-75, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Create In The State Treasury A Special Fund Known As The Mississippi Trauma Care Systems Fund; To Amend Section 99-19-73, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete Certain Assessments Deposited Into The General Fund; To Require The Department Of Finance And Administration To Report Annually To The Speaker Of The House Of Representatives And To The Lieutenant Governor On The Revenues And Expenditures Of Certain Assessments Provided For In Law; And For Related Purposes.
