An Act To Amend Section 43-11-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Delete The Repealer On The Provisions Of Law That Allow A Personal Care Home Resident To Continue Residing In The Personal Care Home Even If A Licensing Agency Determines That Skilled Nursing Services Are Appropriate For The Resident, Regulate The Handling Of Residents' Personal Deposits, And Require Certain Records To Be Maintained; And For Related Purposes.
