Summary

An Act To Prohibit School Districts From Paying Any Public Funds Or Other Funds Generated From The Sale Of Tickets, Concessions Or Promotional Materials For State Playoff And Championship Games In Which The School District Is A Competing Opponent, To The Mississippi High School Athletics Association Or Any Association Or Entity Established To Regulate High School Athletics And Extracurricular Activities; To Authorize Competing School Districts To Agree To Make A Payment To Such Association For Essential And Necessary Services Provided To Facilitate The Administration Of Playoff And Championship Games; And For Related Purposes.
