An Act To Amend Section 63-33-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Use Of A Hand-held Mobile Telephone By The Operator Of A Moving Motor Vehicle In The Outermost Lane Of Traffic On A Multi-lane Roadway; To Provide That A Violation Of This Provision Is A Misdemeanor Punishable In The Same Way As Other Traffic Violations; And For Related Purposes.
