Summary

An Act To Require The Mississippi Department Of Corrections To Pay All Employees Of The Department Who Have Worked Overtime In Their Employment For All Such Overtime Worked Before July 1, 2015, For Which Payment Is Required Under The Federal Fair Labor Standards Act; To Require The Department, From And After July 1, 2015, To Pay Employees For Working Overtime In Their Employment On An Ongoing Basis, With The Payment For The Overtime To Be Made Not Later Than One Month After The Overtime Is Reported To The Department; And For Related Purposes.
