Summary

An Act To Amend Section 37-21-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Increase The Base Salaries Of Assistant Teachers By The Amount Of Five Hundred Dollars Beginning With The 2017-2018 School Year Through The 2021-2022 School Year, To A Total Of Fifteen Thousand Dollars In Addition To The One Percent Increase To The Base Salary Established For Assistant Teachers For Each One Percent That The Sine Die General Fund Revenue Estimate Growth Exceeds Five Percent; And For Related Purposes.
