Summary
An Act To Amend Section 83-34-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Monies Derived From The Nonadmitted Policy Fee Shall Be Deposited In The State General Fund; To Extend The Repealer On The Section Of Law Providing For The Nonadmitted Policy Fee; To Bring Forward Sections 83-34-1 Through 83-34-37, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are The Mississippi Windstorm Underwriting Association Laws, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
