An Act To Amend Section 41-4-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The State Board Of Mental Health To Sell Not More Than Three Facilities Owned By The Department Of Mental Health And Located On The Campus Of East Mississippi State Hospital, And To Lease The Facilities From The Purchasers Through Lease-purchase Agreements With The Purchasers; To Provide That The Sale Of The Facilities Shall Be For Not Less Than Fair Market Value, And The Lease-purchase Of The Facilities Shall Be For A Periodic Payment Over A Fixed Term That Returns The Sale Price Plus Reasonable Interest To The Purchasers, At The End Of Which Term Title To The Facilities Sold Will Revert To The Department Of Mental Health Or The State Of Mississippi; To Provide That The Proceeds From The Sale Of The Facilities Shall Be Deposited In The State Treasury To The Credit Of The Department Of Mental Health; And For Related Purposes.
