An Act To Amend Section 33-15-17, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If The County Administrator Or Emergency Management Director Of A County Declares An Emergency, The Board Of Supervisors At The Next Regular Or Special Meeting Of The Board Shall Review And May Ratify Such Declaration; And For Related Purposes.
