An Act To Amend Section 37-13-91, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The "mississippi Compulsory School Attendance Law" May Be Referred To As The "kindergarten Increases Diplomas (kids) Act" To Revise The Definition Of The Term "compulsory-school-age Child" To Include Children Who Attain The Age Of Five Years Before August 1 Under The Compulsory School Attendance Law; And For Related Purposes.
