Summary
An Act To Amend Section 19-25-74, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Prisoner Meal Log, Which Is Maintained By The Sheriff, Shall No Longer Include The Name Of Each Prisoner And The Date And Time Of Incarceration Of The Prisoner; To Provide That The Log Be Posted By The Tenth Calendar Day Of Each Month For The Period Spanning The Preceding Month Rather Than Posting The Log Daily; And For Related Purposes.
