An Act To Provide For Bond For Deed Contracts To Sell Real Property; To Require Recordation; To Prohibit The Sale Of Encumbered Property Without Guarantee To Release On Payment; To Provide For Method Of Payment; To Provide That Payment Of Installments Precludes Foreclosure; To Provide For Cancellation Of Bond Of Deed Upon Default; To Prohibit Certain Acts And Provide Penalties Therefor; To Provide For Homestead Exemption; To Amend Sections 25-7-9, 89-5-3, 89-5-17 And 89-5-29, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; To Bring Forward Section 27-33-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
