Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 45-9-101 And 97-37-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Churches Or Other Places Of Worship To Establish Policies That Allow The Carrying Of Firearms On Church Or Other Place Of Worship Property; To Require The Posting Of Notice Of Prohibition If A Church Or Other Place Of Worship Desires To Change The Policy And Prohibit The Carrying Of Firearms; And For Related Purposes.
