Summary

An Act To Amend Section 63-3-309, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That, From 11:00 P.m. Until 7:00 A.m. Each Day, Flashing Yellow Lights Shall Be Displayed On Traffic-control Signals On Primary Roads And Flashing Red Lights Shall Be Displayed On Traffic-control Signals On Secondary Roads; To Define The Terms "primary Road" And "secondary Road" For The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
