An Act To Amend Section 29-3-111, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Authorized Expenditure Of Certain Monies Derived From Sixteenth Section Or Lieu Lands, To Provide That Funds Received From The Sale Of Nonrenewable Resources May Be Expended For Any Of The Purposes Authorized By Law; To Amend Section 29-3-113, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
