Summary
An Act To Authorize The Growing And Handling Of Industrial Hemp; To Define Certain Terms; To Require The Licensing Of Hemp Growers By The Department Of Agriculture And Commerce; To Require Record Keeping, Seed Retention And Inspections; To Provide For Fees For Licensing; To Provide For The Revocation Of Licenses And Imposition Of Civil Penalties For Violations Of This Act; To Amend Sections 41-29-113 And 69-1-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
