An Act To Bring Forward Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Specifies The Health Care Services Covered Under The Medicaid Program, And Section 43-13-145, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For The Annual Assessment On Licensed Hospitals In Mississippi To Provide Funding For The Medicaid Program, Administrative Provisions Relating To The Hospital Assessment, And The Payment Of Additional Annual Medicare Upper Payment Limits And Disproportionate Share Hospital Payments To Mississippi Hospitals That Participate In The Medicaid Program, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
