Summary
An Act To Require A Title To Be Issued On The Sale Of New Or Used All-terrain Vehicles When Sold By A Dealer; To Amend Section 63-21-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Include Persons Engaged Regularly In The Business Of Buying, Selling Or Exchanging Of All-terrain Vehicles In The Definition Of Dealer For Purposes Of The Motor Vehicle Title Law; To Amend Section 63-21-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Dealers Of All-terrain Vehicles To Furnish To The Purchaser An Application For Title Of The All-terrain Vehicle, To Provide That An Owner Of An All-terrain Vehicle Purchased Prior To July 1, 2016, May Voluntarily Make An Application For A Title And To Provide A Penalty For Dealers Who Do Not Comply With This Section; And For Related Purposes.
