An Act To Amend Section 17-17-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Department Of Environmental Quality From Regulating The Burning Of Leaves Or Other Similar Organic Matter By A Property Owner If The Burning Occurs On The Property Where The Leaves Or Other Similar Organic Matter Originated; To Amend Section 17-17-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Board Of Supervisors And/or Municipal Governing Body To Regulate The Burning Of Leaves Or Other Similar Organic Matter By A Property Owner If The Burning Occurs On The Property Where The Leaves Or Other Similar Organic Matter Originated; To Amend Sections 17-17-7 And 17-17-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; And For Related Purposes.
