An Act To Reenact Sections 73-53-3, 73-53-8, 73-53-10, 73-53-11 And 73-53-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide Definitions For The Social Worker Licensure Law, Create The Board Of Examiners For Social Workers And Marriage And Family Therapists, Set Out The Powers Of The Board, And Prescribe The Licensure Requirements For Social Workers, And 73-54-1 Through 73-54-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provide For The Licensure And Regulation Of Marriage And Family Therapists; To Amend Reenacted Section 73-53-8, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Inform The Code Publisher Of Certain Nonsubstantive Language That Should Be Revised; To Amend Section 73-54-41, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On The Reenacted Sections; And For Related Purposes.
