Summary

An Act To Amend Section 9-23-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That If Any Youth Is Found In Possession Of Illegal Drugs Or Drug Paraphernalia On School Property Then Such Youth Shall Be Ordered By A Youth Court Judge To Participate In A Drug Court Program; To Require The Record Of Such Youth To Be Expunged Upon The Completion Of A Drug Court Program; To Amend Section 43-21-605, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
