An Act To Establish The Local Government Control Of Public School Athletics Task Force For The Purpose Of Determining The Feasibility Of Separating Athletic Extracurricular Programs From Public Schools And Allowing Them To Be Administered By The Municipal Or County Governing Authority Under Whose Jurisdiction The School District Falls; To Prescribe The Composition Of The Task Force And Its Primary Objectives; To Provide For The Composition Of The Task Force; And For Related Purposes.
