Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 5-1-41, 5-1-43, 5-1-45 And 5-1-46, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Any Increase Or Decrease In The Salaries And Compensation Authorized By Law For Representatives, Senators, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker Of The House Of Representatives, President Pro Tempore And Speaker Pro Tempore Shall Be Effective On The First Day Of The Next Legislative Term Immediately Following The Legislative Term In Which The Legislation Authorizing Such Increase Or Decrease Is Passed Into Law; And For Related Purposes.
