An Act To Amend Section 43-21-151, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Youth Court Shall Not Have Jurisdiction Over Offenses Committed By A Child That Is 19 Years Of Age Rather Than 18 Years Of Age; To Amend Section 43-21-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Terms "child" And "youth" In The Youth Court Act; And For Related Purposes.
