Summary
An Act To Authorize Legal Spouses To Enter Into An Agreement Concerning The Property Interests Of Each Spouse; To Define Property For The Purposes Of This Act; To Require The Agreement To Be In Writing And Signed By Both Parties To Be Enforceable; To Address Enforcement; To Protect The Rights Of Creditors; To Provide That Child Custody And Support May Not Be Addressed In An Agreement Under This Act; To Allow Agreements To Be Filed As A Public Record; To Amend Section 93-5-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity; And For Related Purposes.
