Summary

An Act To Amend Sections 63-1-35 And 45-35-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require All Driver's Licenses, Driving Permits, Commercial Driver's Licenses Or Identification Cards Issued By The State Of Mississippi To Include The Words "crisis Lifeline - Dial Or Text 988, Or Chat 988lifeline.org" On The Reverse Side Of The License, Permit Or Card; To Amend Sections 45-35-11 And 45-35-53, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; To Require All State-supported Postsecondary Educational Institutions Under The Governing Authority Of The Board Of Trustees Of State Institutions Of Higher Learning, Mississippi Community College Board Or Board Of Trustees Of A Community College District To Issue An Identification Card To All Personnel Employed By And All Students Enrolled And Attending Said Postsecondary Institutions To Include The Words "crisis Lifeline - Dial Or Text 988, Or Chat 988lifeline.org" On The Reverse Side Of The License, Permit Or Card; And For Related Purposes.
