Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-57-104, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Levying Authority For A Municipal Separate School District Or Special Municipal Separate School District To Approve Or Disapprove, In Full Or In Part, The School Board's Request For An Increase In The Ad Valorem Tax Dollars Up To Seven Percent; To Amend Section 37-57-105, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Provisions Of This Act; To Bring Forward Section 37-57-107, Mississippi Code Of 1972, For Purposes Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
