An Act To Amend Sections 27-7-22.23 And 27-7-22.24, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Extend The Date Of Repeal On The Income Tax Credit Authorized For Certain Taxpayers That Incur Certain Charges At State, County And Municipal Ports On The Import Of Cargo And To Extend The Date Of Repeal On The Provision That Requires The Mississippi Development Authority To Report Annually To The Legislature Regarding The Impact Of The Tax Credit; And For Related Purposes.
