An Act To Amend Sections 37-15-1, 37-15-2 And 37-15-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require School Districts To Store The Permanent And Cumulative Records Of Students In A Digital Format That Is Compatible With The Mississippi Student Information System (msis) And Which Does Not Violate The Provisions Of The Family Educational Rights And Privacy Act Of 1974 (ferpa); And For Related Purposes.
