Summary
An Act To Amend Section 19-5-207, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Water, Sewer, Garbage Disposal, And Fire Districts To Publish Detailed Itemized Reports Of All Revenues, Costs And Expenses For The Previous Fiscal Year In A Newspaper; To Require That An Electronic Copy Of The Detailed Budget, Which Is Capable Of Being Downloaded From A Computer, Is Filed With The Board Of Supervisors Creating Such District And The State Auditor; And For Related Purposes.
