An Act To Amend Section 27-41-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Dates Upon Which Counties And Municipalities May Allow The Partial Payment Of Ad Valorem Taxes And To Revise The Minimum Amount Of Taxes For Which The Payments May Be Made; To Amend Section 27-41-9, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Rate Of Interest Charged On Ad Valorem Taxes That Are Not Paid When Due; And For Related Purposes.
