Summary

An Act To Amend Section 73-7-23, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Board Of Cosmetology To Expedite The Processing Of Applications For Cosmetologist, Esthetician, Manicurist And Wig Specialist Licenses By Reciprocity By Spouses Of Individuals Serving On Active Duty In The Armed Forces And Stationed In Mississippi, And To Issue A License By Reciprocity To The Applicant Within Seven Business Days After Receiving All Necessary Information And The Reciprocity Fee; And For Related Purposes.
