An Act To Amend Section 25-3-39, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The State Superintendent Of Education, The Commissioner Of Higher Education And The Executive Director Of The Mississippi Community College Board Shall Not Receive A Salary, Whether Paid Directly Or Indirectly, That Is Greater Than One Hundred Fifty Percent Of The Salary Fixed For The Governor Of The State Of Mississippi; To Amend Sections 37-3-9, 37-101-7 And 37-4-3, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.

Salaries; limit those of certain public officers to no more than 150% of the Governor's salary.
