An Act To Amend Section 83-34-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Monies Derived From The Nonadmitted Policy Fee To Be Deposited Into A Special Fund For The Purposes Of Providing Funds For Equipment For The Mississippi Crime Laboratory And Deposited Into The Rural Fire Truck Or Supplementary Rural Fire Truck Fund; To Extend The Repealer On The Nonadmitted Policy Fee; And For Related Purposes.
