An Act To Amend Section 41-23-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That All Offenders Who Are In The Custody Of The Department Of Corrections Shall Be Tested For Hiv Upon Release From The Custody Of The Department; To Require Such Testing To Be Conducted By The Department Of Health; And For Related Purposes.
