Summary
An Act To Amend Sections 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25 And 97-33-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That, Where The Geographical Area In Which Licensed Gaming Activities May Be Conducted In A Structure In Harrison County Is Related To Certain Distances From U.s. Highway 90, The Distances Of Any Boundaries And Rights-of-way Pertaining To The Highway Shall Be Limited Strictly To Those Applying To The Location Of The Highway As It Existed On August 28, 2005; And For Related Purposes.
