An Act To Amend Section 27-7-15, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Revise The Definition Of The Term "gross Income" For Purposes Of The State Income Tax Law To Partially Exclude Compensation Received By A Resident Of This State For Active Federal Service As A Member Of The Armed Forces Of The United States In An Active Duty Status While Such Person Is Stationed Outside The State Of Mississippi; To Revise The Definition Of The Term "gross Income" For Purposes Of The State Income Tax Law To Partially Exclude Compensation Received By A Nonresident Of This State For Active Federal Service As A Member Of The Armed Forces Of The United States In An Active Duty Status While Such Person Is Stationed In The State Of Mississippi; And For Related Purposes.
